1. Free on-site assessment — we evaluate the old fence and quote the rebuild.
2. Tear-out & haul-off — we remove and haul off the old fence and posts. We clear old concrete footings where they’re in the way of the new line; by default we don’t dig out every old footing, and we’ll flag any that need to come out.
3. Permits, HOA & 811 locate — handled before we dig.
4. Rebuild on steel posts — new posts set more than two feet deep in concrete.
